- You authorize EvolvePA and its designated representatives to act as a Third-Party Designee where applicable.
- You understand EvolvePA is a document filing support service and not a government agency.
3. No legal, tax, or financial advice
EvolvePA is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. While our team includes Enrolled Agents and CPAs who prepare and file returns, the information published on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice for your individual circumstances.
4. Refund policy
Because we begin processing your application immediately upon receipt and allocate professional time and resources at that point, all sales are final. No refunds are issued under any circumstances.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
